Today, I want to announce Metaware Labs to the world. I founded Metaware Labs with my co-founder and brother Manpreet Narang in late 2012 and since then we are helping startups and SME’s to build and innovate on their ideas and solve business problems using technology.
We are a premium Rails Consulting and Development Agency based in Toronto. Our core strength or our core stack includes technologies such as Ruby, Rails, NodeJS, AngularJS and Mobile Apps Development. Even though we are based out of Toronto, we are always happy to serve clients without any geographical restrictions, such as San Francisco, New York, Palo Alto, Chicago, Detroit, Texas etc. And as such we’ve been providing Rails Consulting services throughout Canada and USA to our clients. Our latest addition to our technology stack includes AngularJS and as such almost all our projects have seen an outburst in AngularJS usage. Apart from the standard web stack, our team has extensive experience with technologies and API’s such as Solr, Redis, Sidekiq, Ionic, Phonegap, Twilio etc.
If you have a project in mind, just need to drop a friendly hello or require expert opinion and Rails or Angular Consulting Services for your company, please feel free to get in touch with us here: [email protected]
I knew that if I failed I wouldn’t regret that, but I knew the one thing I might regret is not trying.

So, last month I was in New York attending QCon (which by the way is an excellent conference on topics such as Enterprise Software Development, Agile/Lean Development, HTML5, Infrastructure & Architecture etc). QCon from now onwards has become one of my go-to source to keep myself updated with trends in the industry and I’ll try and see if I can attend atleast 1 QCon Conference each year (we’ll see how this plays out).
So, as part of this years attendance, I got to learn a lot of new things especially on the Architecture and Infrastructure tracks and compiled some of my learnings into this Prezi below to share with my team mates back here in Toronto.
Be like water making its way through cracks. Do not be assertive, but adjust to the object, and you shall find a way around or through it. If nothing within you stays rigid, outward things will disclose themselves.
Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend
